Namaste
I have had to put the gym on hold lately. I love going to the gym! I get out of the house and just have a little me time. However Carson has officially decided he hates it. The ladies there are pretty awesome and allow me to get a 30 minute work out while he screams before they come and get me. I have tried to have him (and me) just tough it out but I end up walking out stressed and a little embarrassed. I would go when Clint is home but with him working 70 hour weeks (ridiculous!) it hasn't been in the cards for me. Sooo I have been doing alot of my stuff at home (if you see an out of breath Brunette running with a stroller in your neighborhood feel free to honk or holler. It makes me focus on my form lol)Any who I have been doing yoga before our little ventures on the block and Carson has started joining in.

That is AWESOME!! Love the pne of him upsidedown... priceless
He does the downward dog better then I do!! Does it wear him out so you get some quiet time later?
I understand the frustration, but your doing the only thing we mothers can do... adapt. There are some great workout DVD's out there.. and get Clint to buy you a bowflex.
My love to all of you! (I was thinking we should maybe meet halfway one day and do lunch in Payson?)
Heather that is soo funny. Tori does that too, she use to get a hand towel and lay it by my mat and "do yoga" with me. for christmas we got her own little mat she loves it when ever we actually exercise! haha hope you guys are all doing good.
So cute. My kids have done yoga with Matt (when he used to have time to do it) and I've taken some great pictures of the three of them. I have been trying to do a yoga for pregnancy DVD on a regular basis, and the kids do it with me sometimes. They even have their favorite poses. Sometimes Adam will even be doing one of them out of the blue and say, "I do boga." Yes, he calls it boga. I love it.
I think it's good for our kids to see us trying to keep ourselves healthy and imitate us. Keep up the good work, Heather!
